ELECTRORAK has five subsidiary companies including its overseas subsidiary Electro RAK India Private Limited in India (2010). Emirates Heavy Engineering LLC, Encom Trading LLC, RAK Industries and RAK Fabrication LLC are UAE subsidiaries.
The inception of ENCOM Trading was in November 2007 as the trading unit of Electro RAK. We started out catering to the MEP material procurement needs of Electro RAK but today have established relations with world leaders in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing equipment manufacturing industry and offer our services as distributors of more than 8,000 construction and infrastructure engineering items such as Panels, MDB, Switch Gears, Wires & Cables, Light Fittings, GI Conduits & Accessories, PVC Conduit Accessories, Electrical Tools, Cable Tray, Fastener, GRP, HDPE, UPVC, PPR Pipes & Fittings, MS/SS, GI Pipes and Fittings, Hoses, Rubber products, Air Conditioners, Pumps, GRP water tanks, Diesel generators.

Emirates Heavy Engineering established in May 2008 is transforming Ras Al Khaimah into an industrial hub, a niche was created for any enterprising company with the vision and technical expertise to establish itself as a major player in the power plant erections as well as the Electrical, Civil, Mechanical and Infrastructural engineering field.
RAK Industries incorporated in October 2009 is catering for the market need for Electrical Panel & Switchgear Assembly, Airconditioning Duct manufacturing and Aluminium Fabrication. RAK Fabrication was added in February 2010 and is equipped with PEB Steel Structure Fabrication.
Encom Airconditioning Trading together with LG Electronics has opened a new business-to-business (B2B) showroom in Ras Al Khaimah in April 2021. This showroom serves customers across the Northern Emirates with advanced technology across Air Solutions, Information Display and IT domains.
